Handling Time: Because each piece is inspected and packed with care at our studio, please allow 3–5 business days for handling before dispatch.
Standard Shipping: Our default carrier is YunExpress (Air Freight). It ensures safe delivery to most parts of the world within 10–15 business days, complete with end-to-end tracking.

We believe in fair, transparent pricing rather than marketing gimmicks like "free worldwide shipping" (which simply bundles inflated shipping fees into the items price).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on actual package dimensions, weight, and destination distance from China (e.g., shipping to Singapore is significantly lower than shipping to Canada).
Rates may adjust dynamically based on real-time carrier quotes from YunExpress.

We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis whenever possible. Applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout so your package clears customs smoothly without surprise fees upon delivery.
In rare cases where additional local taxes apply, we will notify you immediately to discuss the best solution—no unpleasant surprises.

If you need your order urgently within 3–5 business days, we can arrange an express air courier via DHL or FedEx.
Please contact us prior to or right after placing your order; we will check real-time courier quotes and invoice you for the additional shipping difference.
